This youth-led initiative, now in its third year, continues to deliver tangible results—elevating more than 100 students through hands-on skill-building, mentorship, and real-world projects in 2025.

What began as a small pilot in 2023 has blossomed into partnerships with five city schools, running a two-month immersive programme followed by sustained mentorship.
